From man to man.

Counseling for Men

So much is expected of us in these evolving times; in our careers, in our relationships, and in our personal lives. If we’re doing it right, we’re doing it all at the highest level and with apparent ease.  We go to the office and work like dogs, coming home with roses and smiles on our faces. We share equally in the parenting and the care of the home. We know how to keep our wives happy and we do a great job at it. We never make mistakes and are always there with a listening ear.

At least, that’s what the expectation seems to be.

But we have been done a disservice. While we have been given clear guidelines for many things, we have not been taught how to manage a crucial aspect of our very nature: our internal experience.

We have been taught, overtly or covertly, to brush it off; to suck it up; to get over it. Those tips have delivered us to this point but they don’t make the problems go away. Those tips don’t stop the mounting frustrations, the growing resentments, or the anxieties. They do not help us develop quality marriages or meaningful friendships. They leave us in a place of unknown.

I am here to help you eliminate the unknown. I am here to help you sort through the chaos and to teach you the tools to live your life in the best way possible. That means that I will help you uncover what is truly important to you, where you want to go, how to get there, and what has been holding you back; to do your relationships meaningfully and to guide you to a developed mental health.

Whether you're a doctor, an attorney, an artist, a tradesman, or a stay-at-home dad, I've worked with someone like you. Are you ready to join them in living your best life? Touch base with me today.

If you're looking for a personable, warm and engaging counselor in the Central Park area of Denver, please reach out to me. I would love to be your teammate to help you navigate the tricky steps ahead.
